The restaurant

Our philosophy

A long history

Casa Montero was inaugurated in Salamanca as such back in 1890, this establishment is reopened with a clear culinary intention: to conquer the diner with the best food of the charra pantry, elaborated and presented under a renewed philosophy. The architect of such a successful change is none other than Leonardo Martín, manager and architect after having behind him several generations behind a bar.

Culinary experience

The gastronomic proposal…

… it focuses mainly on two possibilities: eat a la carte or tapas-based. If we choose the first option, we will have at our disposal 25 dishes, among which can not miss iberian sausages, the traditional roasted sausages (toston and grout), and some meats, among them, the tataky of kobe wagyu or the suggestive let’s chops with black garlic mojo. The menu is topped with sweet desserts evocative of the flavors of our childhood.

A unique and original environment where you can…

… enjoy a pleasant culinary evening or savor delicious moments of varied tapas
